Steph Kronen

This is the second time I have worked with Steph, first was selling a house and most recent was purchasing a home. She is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and caring individuals that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Steph was always available to answer questions and see properties, and when I found my home, she rushed to get the offer together and submitted (which is key in this competitive market) and stayed on top of all other parties throughout the escrow process to ensure everything went smoothly. Her negotiation skills and contacts in the industry saved me thousands of dollars and I am truly thankful that she was on my team. I cannot recommend her enough!

Steph is the most amazing realtor. She has helped me buy and sell several houses, each transaction more seamless than the next. This past time, we had to sell my grandmother's apartment after she passed away. I was paralyzed by my grief and Steph literally came in and helped me do everything from cleaning to staging, and having the condo completely ready to hit the market (without me having to do much). The condo sold the first day it was listed and was the quickest, most easy sale. I will never use anyone else, as long as I am in this area!
