Stefanie is an excellent Realtor. I referred her to an senior citizen in the neighborhood who had a "notice of default". She did an excellent job. She is trustworthy and goes above and beyond what was expected of her. She got well over asking and multiple offers. He was facing foreclosure. As a seller he was extremely protected and she reached all his goals with his requested terms and conditions. She was readily available and constantly checking on him. She was in contact with the bank and reached out to his family to make sure he had somewhere to go. Stefanie definitely put his interests above all others including herself. She helped in so many ways that was not expected and I would use her for myself when the need arises.
