Although I have purchased properties in the past, it was nice to have someone who was familiar with the neighborhoods we were looking at and was able to walk us through what the process would look like from the beginning until the end. She was very flexible and accommodating to our schedules from the first initial meeting, which occurred on a Saturday at 5pm, to the scheduling of home tours. She took the time to understand our wants and needs in acquiring a new home and was very truthful and forthcoming if she felt the house was not a perfect fit for us. As she mentioned to us my goal is not about helping you to buy a house, my goal is about helping you find the home of your dreams. We found Stefanie to be extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times, and when a last minute issue occurred the day before signing loan documents, she was incredibly responsive and calm while taking immediate action to resolve the issue. Stefanie also helped us with a lease back arrangement with the current sellers since this was something new to us which we had never been involved with before. Lastly, the listing agent shared with me how fortunate we were to have such a strong and talented individual working and advocating for us during our purchasing process. Overall, our experience with Stefanie was nothing short of being top notch and if given the opportunity we would give her a 5-star rating for an outstanding job. Stefanie is awesome. At our first meeting she laid everything out from the very beginning in a clear and concise manner so that I had an idea of what to expect throughout the entire buying process. We had a very aggressive time frame to sell our house and move cross country to start a new job. She had a great vision and plan to attract high traffic to our open house (we had around 150 people on a Saturday /Sunday).
