Simply put, Stefanie is awesome! Both as a person and a real estate agent! Originally, my business partner had hired a personal friend to sell the house and it turned into a bit of a disaster. That's when I found Stephanie, through a simple google search and from our first phone call she was on top of it. Stefanie expertly guided us through a market that was changing by the minute. She kept it real, and gave us the push we needed to move fast. I know she has a lot of other projects, but she made us feel like her only clients, working tirelessly on our behalf, constantly doing open houses, appointments and follow-ups with agents and potential buyers, and coming up with creative ideas to change things up. She was a fantastic communicator and kept us updated on every development, large or small, was responsive to texts, calls, and emails, and has a broad array of knowledge on all aspects of the process. She is organized and detail-oriented. She is tenacious and determined. She is also just a lovely, kind and warm person, who was so gracious towards our crazy kids, and so understanding. She makes you feel safe and understood. I really can't rave enough about Stefanie. She will go the extra mile and beyond for you.

Our assignment for Stefanie Pollack was not an easy one. We were on the East Coast. Stefanie was to find a two bedroom condo for us in the West End. We discussed our needs and desires and Stefanie started looking. When she found something that met our criteria, she would forward the multiple listing and if we liked it, she arranged a showing: which consisted of Stefanie her phone on Facetime with the sellers agent also there to answer questions as we "inspected" the apartment. When we finally actually arrived in Los Angeles Stefanie was indefatigable. By that time she had a very good idea of what would please us, and it didn't take long for us to settle on the apartment of our dreams. But, Stefanie's service didn't end there. She helped us find skilled craftsmen to address small things in the apartment that needed attention. Her service started well before we even were in town and continued well after the close of escrow. Can't ask for more attention from an agent!

As first time buyers, Stefanie helped put us at ease. She was there for us when we needed her and took the time to discuss our needs and made sure we feel comfortable making decisions. She was honest and went above and beyond to find all the answers to our questions. At times, she was busy, but she made sure to get back to us about any concerns we had. Her coordinator helped us work through all the paperwork. If we decide to move in the future, we would work with Stefanie again.
