Mrs. Stacy Shelley, made the transaction as seamless as possible. From her presale renovation recommendations, to her ability to present the house with class in the listing. There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. We entered into contract with Mrs. Shelly to sell a tenant occupied property. As you may know this can be a trying situation at times due to the possible actions and reactions of the tenant.
