Stacy helped us sell and buy a house several years ago. She just helped our oldest son buy his first house this year. Now she helped sell my parent's home after they passed. I every case, Stacy lead the charge and helped us work through all the legal stuff that we didn't know. Showing a house is the easy part. What comes after that is where you can have a great or bad experience. You can lose money or save money. Stacy's advice was always spot on. Because of her experience, she always seemed to know what was going to happen and what we should do. She is one of the sweetest, most caring people I have ever met, but don't let that fool you. She will go toe to toe and stand her ground when she has to. She is always there for you and communicates extremely well. This last sell was a long and difficult process. There was a lot of negotiating, delays due to probate, and general frustration. Stacy was always positive and guided us through the process. Tell her what you want, listen to her and follow her advice and I promise you that you will be happy in the end.
