Aside from real estate, I enjoy spending time with family & friends, hiking, camping, boating, horseback riding, and being outdoors. Montana and SLO County is a spectacular spot to enjoy all those things and more. I hold a real estate broker’s license in both California and Montana. With my 25+ years experience in real estate and past experience as an Escrow Officer, I can walk you through every aspect of your real estate transaction-step by step. The most important thing in dealing with a REALTOR® is trust, communication and professionalism. Stacie Stornetta is AWESOME!!!!

This is our third house purchase that Stacie did for us, I called her as soon as the sign went up and she had the contract offer sent over before their first appointment. She stood strong for us as this was a very bumpy road for us and my mother. Thank you so much Stacie - I will not use anyone else, EVER!!!!

Positive Experience

From Day 1 to closing Stacie Stornetta provided a top of line client experience!

Stacie Stornetta was a pleasure to work with. I had a lot of questions before I was comfortable selling my house. Stacie answered all these questions with real, local and current data. I like to see numbers to help me walk through what to expect - Stacie explained the numbers and what each of them "meant" in a way that made perfect sense. Too many things to put in a review but I felt extremely comfortable and easy working with Stacie from the first call through the sale process. Availability, transparency, communication and understanding the process were all very important to me and Stacie exceeded all my expectations. I always knew what to expect next, always felt like I was best prepared for showings, inspections, etc. I can't imagine having a better experience. It was a stress free process where I had all my questions answered throughout and was thrilled with the end result.
