About Stacey

Stacey Tashman-Schelhaas grew up in the suburbs of Long Island, New York and Denver, Colorado. With her love for both the ocean and the mountains she chose to stay in Colorado where she attended Colorado State University. Stacey earned her B.S. in Social Sciences and Criminal Justice. Stacey switched gears from her double major after graduating and in 1996 began her career in Real Estate. She was a top producing Real Estate Sales Representative at Land Title Cherry Creek for 4 consecutive years. In 2001 Stacey moved to Santa Monica California to continue her Executive Level Sales career in the Entertainment Industry. She worked at Variety Magazne as a top producing Advertising Executive in the movie and TV business. Stacey moved back to Colorado in 2011 to be with family, and manage and teach yoga at CorePower Yoga studio in Highlands Ranch. Stacey re-entered the Real Estate world in 2019 where she has been awarded Most Prominent Agent in 2020 as well as being a known small business advocate in the Littleton and surrounding areas. She resides in Littleton with her husband Jason, her daughter Phoebe, and her stepsons Jaden and Kai. They have 2 dogs English Labrador Retriever Amaya and Golden Retriever Jazzy. When not helping clients sell or buy properties, Stacey enjoys traveling to the ocean, yoga, hiking, and being a soccer mom. Stacey has the knowledge, experience, and ambition that her real estate client's value most. Her drive, ambition and comapssionate personality has proven her to be a top agent both with clients and her peers.
