Recently, I had to sell my sister’s and brother in-law’s home because they had both passed away. Unknown to us, both of them were closet hoarders. Although I knew there was a lot of stuff in their house, the two bedrooms that were always kept closed to visitors were stacked to the ceiling! We didn’t even know where to start. Sophia and her team came in, looked at the house, made all the arrangements for cleaning, for an estate sale, for taking care of getting the house painted inside (badly needed and at a very reasonable price), cleaned, windows were washed & things that did not sell were donated. Sophia even had someone to come in & clean up the yard. Everything was taken care of by Sophia and her team at a very reasonable cost. I never dreamed that selling this house, which my family had lived in, and accumulated stuff for 60 years could’ve been so easy. I can never thank Sophia enough, not only did she get top dollar for the house, she made all the arrangements for needed work and repairs. Sophia was extremely professional and made this house so desirable that as soon as the “Fixing up” was finished, she held an open house and had 11 offers on the house that very weekend. I never realized selling a home could be so painless. I have sold a few homes in the past, but it was always a hassle and a lot of work for me. Sophia came in, took care of everything and got top dollar. I could not have asked for anything more.

The house required a “tune up “ for marketing and sale. Sophia arranged necessary work inside and out with multiple contractors in record time. They did a great job on all. Sophia minimized jobs to those which were essential and contributed to value of house.. We received multiple offers, all but one above listed price, thanks to her great advice. She has a Team and they collectively provided immediate response on every matter. She oversaw escrow officer in a successful 21 day closing requested by buyer. I have sold 5 houses over 50 years and she is “The Best”. She also has personal qualities that are not exceeded. She was a pleasure to speak with and deal with. I cannot provide a better recommendation.
