Sonia Hellen

Sonia Hellen is an exceptional realtor! She was so great to work with and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Her fun and engaging personality was a wonderful addition to a process that can be stressful at times. Sonia clearly discussed the strategy that she felt was the best for selling our home and we felt supported and confident that we were on the right track. We listed and closed around 30 days which was amazing. Thank you, Sonia!

Sonia has a good understanding of the real estate market and guided me through the process making sure that I understood that she would do whatever I wanted even if she (silently) did not agree. She took time to answer my many (and repetitive) questions I had re: the offers and contracts. On a personal level, she was fun to work with and it helped that she lives around the corner from the property I was selling. I would highly recommend Sonia to any buyers or sellers. She is always jut a phone call away.
