Selling our home in Las Vegas, & buying a new one in ABQ virtually was not easy (had not purchased a home in this manner before). I wanted to work with Skip because he seemed very knowledgable based on his channel. He did not disappoint! My husband and I were impressed by the details he noticed during walk-throughs. He let us know when a house had problems and helped us avoid a couple of doozies. Skip is excellent at meeting the median of conscience guidance. Too little guidance can leave a home-buyer in the dark, and too much guidance can feel over-bearing; Skip hits the sweet spot in the middle (Aristotle would be proud!). Skip and his team are up to speed with technology and therefore are easy to reach in a variety of mediums. They respond fairly quickly, too. When you are ready to see a home, Skip is ready to show you the home as soon as he can. He's always on time, attentive, friendly, and to the point. I would recommend Skip to anyone asking for a solid realtor who will work hard for them.

We “met” Skip through his You Tube series on the Albuquerque area and were very impressed with his knowledge and love for the area. With that (and his “let’s make this work” attitude, we were able to find a home we were thrilled with inside of a week!
