Could not had gone any better. We purchased our home virtually. We lived in LVNV, and could not make it to ABQ to see the homes in person. So, Skip had to essentially do double time. Found Sold by Skip’s Youtube channel during Covid furlough in 2020, and once I decided on a move to Albuquerque and got to town, I contacted Skip. Within 2 months we had the closing on my new home! When there was “nothing available” Skip helped me find the perfect place. He handled the details and explained what was going on every step of the way! Most importantly, as with any service business, Skip has contacts for literally everything!
