3 years later I found myself needing to upgrade to a bigger house so I contacted Simon right away. Once again, he made a terrifying process (this time I was buying a new house and selling my old condo at the same time) as smooth as it could be. Simon walks you through every step and is always there to answer questions. He never makes you feel rushed or pressures you into anything. He is honest and has a strong sense of integrity which is what is needed when you are investing all your hard earned money into a house. On top of that, he is funny and has the coolest British accent. What could be better than that? :) five stars all the way!

Simon found a home for us that is exactly what we described when we first met him. My wife and I got off to a good start with Simon when our daughter, living in Oakland, contacted him to show her a couple of houses for us while we were living in New York. He took the time to do so without ever meeting us or talking to us. Our daughter was impressed with him so when we came to visit the area we met with Simon on her recommendation.
