We just closed on our first home today thanks to Simon! I really have to tip off my hat to him for being so awesome with us. He was super patient with us which is so essential when looking for the right home which he definitely found for us :) The last thing you want is to have someone pressuring you to choose a home quick and he did the total opposite from that and of course he was great when it came down to competing with other buyers/offers. I'm an aerospace/mechanical engineer so it was great to see how much he knew about the overall integrity of a house. He pointed out things I would have never thought of so his mission was for us to not just land a beautiful home but a safe one and one that would not be a headache later on. Communication wise he was on it every single time. I for one am a spreadsheet, google calendar, organize geek so being able to work with someone so responsive, organized and professional made all the house hunting, paperwork and negotiations seem like a walk in the park. Another thing is that my wife and I brought our 2 toddlers with us each time we went to see houses and he was great with them and even pointed out things that would benefit them in the house or be a danger risk to them. Buying your first home may be one of the biggest and important steps in your life so choosing the right realtor would definitely make that experience one to remember and not one to regret so in summary I would highly recommend his services all day every day. I will definitely be going back to him if I ever buy another home and will be recommending him to my family and friends :) Hooray for Simon!

Simon is very experienced realtor and we really appreciate his efforts in helping us getting our first place. He helped us come up with words to respond and making good decisions during the process of purchasing a home. Simon always helped to protect us and our money. Also, my husband and I work different hours and it was hard for us to go to see properties early in the day or even on Saturdays. Simon really went out of his way and tried to meet us in the evenings and on Sundays and we know that is a lot to ask and we can not describe how much we appreciate all his efforts! He is the parachute agent you will need when you are skydiving into home purchasing process :)

Simon is professional, genuine, and reliable. He treated me with respect and patience as I navigated through buying my first property. He actually had helped my sister purchase a home over a year and a half ago and when I reached out to him, he not only remembered meeting me (very briefly one time), but remembered important details about what my sister had been looking for and the picky conditions our parents had for us. Before even getting started, he already had an idea of what I was looking for in terms of location and quality. Throughout the process, he replied to my questions promptly and honestly and didn't pressure me into buying a home. He had the opportunity to take advantage of my eagerness to move out and find my own place, but he never did so. He always disclosed the important features, including the cons, and would give me a recommendation/opinion if I asked what he thought. He also did a very impressive job of juggling my wishes with those of my overbearing parents but still respected that their opinion was an important part of my decision. He always gave me time to think things over when an unexpected situation would come up, and never hesitated to explain (sometimes multiple times) a concept I didn't understand. He also was flexible in meeting with me during a time that worked with my schedule. I recommend Simon as a realtor because he is, to me, the three most important qualities to be: trustworthy, knowledgeable, and hard-working.

Simon helped us buy our first home, and than sell that home 3 1/2 years later. When we sold the home, David had joined the team. Throughout our history together, Simon and his team were a guiding light through the big crazy world of Bay Area real estate. We are so happy of the investment that we made, and we could not be more appreciative of the guidance this team provided to us. I would recommend them to our friends and family- anyone interested in real estate transactions in the Bay.

3 years later I found myself needing to upgrade to a bigger house so I contacted Simon right away. Once again, he made a terrifying process (this time I was buying a new house and selling my old condo at the same time) as smooth as it could be. Simon walks you through every step and is always there to answer questions. He never makes you feel rushed or pressures you into anything. He is honest and has a strong sense of integrity which is what is needed when you are investing all your hard earned money into a house. On top of that, he is funny and has the coolest British accent. What could be better than that? :) five stars all the way!
