One of the factors that we looked for when picking an agent was knowledge. We used a VA home loan and wanted to ensure the agent we selected was very familiar with the process. Simon did not disappoint. I really appreciated that Simon was very responsive and easy to reach. His online platform is also easy to navigate. During open houses, Simon would point out things in the home or area that we overlooked. For example: type of roofing, fencing, water heaters, AC units, leaks, etc. All these things can cost a lot of money and time. When you’re browsing for houses you sometimes get caught up on how beautiful the house looks, and can overlook at how much actual work the house needs underneath the freshly painted walls and carpets. So to have someone point out all these factors was a big help. Overall he is knowledgeable, thorough, and gets things done. I would recommend him!
