I was initially working with a different agent on a specific lot that I had found in Walnut Creek, lots well priced go out quickly and so I was getting nervous that no progress has been made after a week. I called Simon on a Sunday and was able to talk to him, he called back less than an hour later, after having himself talked to the selling agent. That first hour told me everything I needed to know about Simon, and I was not disappointed after that. He provided great advice, knowledge, and dedication. He was regularly in touch during the buying process to make sure that everything was all right and progressing properly. He was phenomenal and I highly recommend working with him.
