I don´t regret a thing. I saw and bid on 4 homes in a month and have no questions....as to which one was right for me (in retrospect). I found Simon through reading Yelp reviews and I'm glad I did. I specifically found Simon because I scoured Yelp for realtors who were familiar with VA loans. Simon's name came up more than anyone else. When we began working together, it was easy to see why - Simon knew all the inner workings of the VA system and all the benefits and drawbacks to it. Sellers often usually weren't familiar with VA loans and Simon took a lot of time to work through it. Simon also gave me a dynamite recommendation on a lender who offered a rate that was .25% better than competitors.
