Simon is a very knowledgeable and helpful agent. He was always available to answer any questions that we may have had about the house buying experience or specific questions about the houses that we were looking at and if there was anything that he did not know he would do the research and find out for us in a very timely manner. He was very upfront about the entire process and made sure that we understood everything that was entailed in purchasing a house. He was very friendly with us and our family and the other agents that we had dealings with. Buying a house is a very nerve racking experience from what other people have told us but Simon made the experience very enjoyable and easy we felt as though we didn't have anything to worry about. He makes you feel like family and makes it easy to trust him and feel comfortable about everything in the house buying process. One thing specific that we really appreciated was that he was very upfront and open about things even things that other real estate agents would not be upfront about because it could affect the sale but he wants to make sure that you get the house that you want but that it is also what is in your best interest not just so he can make a sale. Simon made our experience the best especially being first time buyers and trying to buy a house in southern California while living in northern California which could have been a real difficult situation but with him it was easy. He was also very understanding and patient we have a toddler and we had to take him to look at the houses with us and Simon was not bothered by this at all and was very accommodating with working around our toddlers schedule to look at the houses. He really got to know us as a family and showed us houses that fit the criteria that we were looking for. We will definitely recommend him to all of our friends and family when they are in the market to buy a house.

In July we made a decision to sell our rental property and contact Simon Quinones.
