My husband and I were casually in the market for homes until we found one we were actually interested in offering on. Simon's experience helped us navigate through those things and he kept close tabs on the process every few days. We felt well cared for. Simon represented us during the sale of our home. It was our first time selling a home and we are pleased and hold no hesitation recommending Simon as a Real Estate Agent to anyone looking for a Real Estate agent! Simon was absolutely Patient with us. That was something we appreciated when it came to making the decision of the best time to List our home. My wife and I were in school then, Simon was patient and he ensured we were comfortable with any decision we made. After all it is our timing not the agent’s timing. He waited and after my wife graduated we listed our home. Simon was professional throughout the process. He had a professional photographer take pictures of our home for advertising. The photos were amazing because, they were appealing to browse. Simon understood the process, paperwork involved, and he was always a step ahead. We had a lot of traffic in the first week. So, we had offers right away and this was during the interest rates hike (6.7% I believe). When it came to vetting the offers from different buyers, Simon knew what to look for in a potential buyer. This was helpful, our buyers were qualified and escrow that was to take 45 days closed in 30 days! This was such a smooth transaction for us.
