My husband and I were casually in the market for homes until we found one we were actually interested in offering on. We hastily moved to schedule to view the home, and the fastest way was through a home listing app. We were assigned an agent through the home viewing appointment. Since we were looking into homes on our own, we did not have a realtor representing us yet. We asked pros and cons of working with this agent specifically, and the response left us feeling uncomfortable to say the least. We were unsure of how to proceed. We knew Simon worked with a couple of our friends in the past and decided to reach out for his opinion on our experience with the other agent. Ultimately, Simon helped us realize that the agent did not have our interests in mind and was acting unethically. Long story short, Simon saved us from a sneaky situation with the wrong agent and ultimately helped us write the offer to the property we got keys to last month! Our decision to work with Simon was the right one, as the sellers had a complex situation and seller's choice escrow was unorganized. Simon's experience helped us navigate through those things and he kept close tabs on the process every few days. We felt well cared for. Working with Simon allowed us to have a stress-free, first home-buying experience.

Simon represented us during the sale of our home. It was our first time selling a home and we are pleased and hold no hesitation recommending Simon as a Real Estate Agent to anyone looking for a Real Estate agent! Simon was absolutely Patient with us. That was something we appreciated when it came to making the decision of the best time to List our home. My wife and I were in school then, Simon was patient and he ensured we were comfortable with any decision we made. After all it is our timing not the agent’s timing. He waited and after my wife graduated we listed our home. Simon was professional throughout the process. He had a professional photographer take pictures of our home for advertising. The photos were amazing because, they were appealing to browse. Simon understood the process, paperwork involved, and he was always a step ahead. We had a lot of traffic in the first week. So, we had offers right away and this was during the interest rates hike (6.7% I believe). When it came to vetting the offers from different buyers, Simon knew what to look for in a potential buyer. This was helpful, our buyers were qualified and escrow that was to take 45 days closed in 30 days! This was such a smooth transaction for us.
