My husband and I were casually in the market for homes until we found one we were actually interested in offering on. We hastily moved to schedule to view the home, and the fastest way was through a home listing app. We were assigned an agent through the home viewing appointment. Since we were looking into homes on our own, we did not have a realtor representing us yet. We asked pros and cons of working with this agent specifically, and the response left us feeling uncomfortable to say the least. We were unsure of how to proceed. Long story short, Simon saved us from a sneaky situation with the wrong agent and ultimately helped us write the offer to the property we got keys to last month! Our decision to work with Simon was the right one, as the sellers had a complex situation and seller's choice escrow was unorganized. Simon's experience helped us navigate through those things and he kept close tabs on the process every few days. We felt well cared for. Simon represented us during the sale of our home.
