I cannot recommend Sherry highly enough. If you are looking for a top-class agent look no further. Sherry was excellent from beginning to end in all aspects of the transaction - including all the fixing up and staging - without doing anything unnecessary. In my case I'd rented my house for a year so when it came time to put it on the market it was an empty box so to speak. I'd looked at comp's and what had sold at a high price and there was one similar that she had sold that got a high price and looked great when it went on the market. That was the basis upon which I reached out to Sherry. It was a brilliant choice. While preparing a house for market in this situation can be collaborative I chose to largely trust Sherry's expertise -another smart decision. When my house went on the market it looked so nice I almost felt like I didn't want to sell it. As it was we, not surprisingly, got an offer the first weekend and the rest is history as the saying goes. Furthermore, it was delightful working with her and communication was thorough and timely. You could choose otherwise but I doubt you'll find anyone better.
