Our credit situation was challenging at best

Our credit situation was challenging at best...!!!!...Sherri went to a whole lot of trouble to negotiate for us a lease to purchase agreement on the prospective home. It took us right at 1 year to make our dream home a reality but it did conclude positively...!!!!
