My wife and I rather abruptly decided to leave our magnificent mountain home for a much smaller place near the coast. We had only just committed to making this move when a property that met our requirements showed up on the listings; we were immediately put in panic mode as we had an immense job ahead to downsize from a 3000 square foot home with several out buildings and all of the tools and stuff required to maintain our 5 acre property. Shemeika put us in touch with folks that ran an estate sale, hooked us up with movers, and connected us with contractors that will enhance the new abode. She not only made the connections, but personally oversaw most of the inspections and she was always available to answer our questions and provide moral support and encouragement. She has an amazing team and a long list of resources to pull from, were grateful that we had her as our realtor.

She has a name or phone # for every issue. If she doesn't... she'll have options by the end of the day. And... it is one thing to have a bunch of names... but every time we used a referral... they were exactly what we needed for that particular issue. Each contact was on time, on point, and on our side. The only disappointment - in working with Shemeika - was that it was over too soon.
