Never thought house hunting would be a fun experience. Shelly is nothing short of fantastic. While we are still in the process, she make it way better than I expected. I would recommend that lady to anyone.
Shelly helped us find the perfect home for us! We were here from WA and only had 4 days to find a home we loved. Not only did we find the perfect home, she made sure inspections and closing went off without a hitch as we were closing from WA She even helped us out with a few things after closing since we were a couple of months out from our big move. She had multiple homes recommended for us to view and we also shared a few homes for her to set up viewings for. Kelly was terrific! We were doing a long-distance purchase (lived in NY) and she helped us find the right house quickly. Plus, she took control after we closed the contract by helping us to find people to do work on the house prior to our move and then provided oversight of the work. She really lightened the load of all the things we were juggling at the time.
Shelly helped me and my fiance purchase a house. From start to finish, she went out of her way to provide information, even when I messaged her at 9 PM on the weekend. She went above and beyond truly, even helping us get documents to our loan officer when we were in the Bahamas! We had some issues getting the seller to fix things in the house, after multiple attempts, and Shelly stayed on them until they were done. When our loan was delayed because of the hurricane, Shelly offered to store our furniture in her house while we stayed with a relative. Shelly is amazing!
