Our whole experience with Shelly was by far the best experience we’ve ever had! ABOVE and BEYOND. Being a military family this was my first BIG move(NJ to Savannah) and my fiancé’s fourth. Shelly was very candid, knowledgeable and honest throughout the whole process. She had recommendations on all areas around Savannah to which homes were in good locations, to which got bogged down with traffic. We found a house that we loved and because it was in such a great neighborhood based on Shelly’s recommendation we didn’t want to wait until we got down there. Everything was done over email and through video conferencing. While it was a little scary for me not being able to physically see the house in person, Shelly was so thorough in showing us the house to even driving around the neighborhood for us to see where we would be located. When we finally got down to see the house in person, there were no surprises. Everything was exactly as she said. Easily the best experience with Shelly and would recommend her to anyone searching for a home around this area!

Having not been able to meet Shelly until well into the buying process, she was great at getting me information, knowing what I wanted, but also letting me know what else might be out there that was different from my initial criteria. Overall I enjoyed working with Shelly and she got me into my new home very quickly and with little fuss. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on negotiation is because there wasn't much price movement at all from asking to closing. It is entirely possible that is more a result of market forces than anything else, but it's hard to know for sure.

Shelly is the best! She really cares about her clients and you can tell. She always answers emails and texts promptly, makes you aware of both the good and bad in the houses she shows, and is very knowledgeable about the area. She will go to bat for you and try her best to get you the best deal on your dream home! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase even once we'd signed on the house. My husband and I live on the West Coast but have been visiting Savannah for more than 15 years together to visit family. We had been dreaming of a second home in downtown Savannah for a few years and finally decided to make the jump in late February 2020 right before the COVID wave hit the market. What a great realtor Shelly is. We worked with her purchasing a property in the Historic District. We live in Winter Park, Florida and were interested in a Pied-a-Terre in Savannah. We found the one we wanted, but it was during the Covid Pandemic. That posed a special challenge since all had to be done remotely. Shelly assisted us each step of the way, making us feel like we were in Savannah during the process. I highly recommend Shelly to both local and distant clients.
