She knows the area as a lifelong resident, so there’s probably no question that she can’t answer. She’s responsive, engaging and hard working. Having not been able to meet Shelly until well into the buying process, she was great at getting me information, knowing what I wanted, but also letting me know what else might be out there that was different from my initial criteria. Overall I enjoyed working with Shelly and she got me into my new home very quickly and with little fuss. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on negotiation is because there wasn't much price movement at all from asking to closing. It is entirely possible that is more a result of market forces than anything else, but it's hard to know for sure.

Shelly is the best! She really cares about her clients and you can tell. She always answers emails and texts promptly, makes you aware of both the good and bad in the houses she shows, and is very knowledgeable about the area. She will go to bat for you and try her best to get you the best deal on your dream home! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase even once we'd signed on the house. My husband and I live on the West Coast but have been visiting Savannah for more than 15 years together to visit family. We had been dreaming of a second home in downtown Savannah for a few years and finally decided to make the jump in late February 2020 right before the COVID wave hit the market. What a great realtor Shelly is. We worked with her purchasing a property in the Historic District. We live in Winter Park, Florida and were interested in a Pied-a-Terre in Savannah. We found the one we wanted, but it was during the Covid Pandemic. That posed a special challenge since all had to be done remotely. She followed up each step of the sales process, checking on and following through with the mortgage company as needed. She minimized our stress of the process of purchasing a home from out of town, and the effort continued after the sale as she recommended the perfect property management company to rent and maintain our dream property until we can move there permanently. Heck, she even setup to have a piece of furniture we purchased online delivered to the house. Thanks to Shelly, someday our winters will be much warmer in our amazing home in beautiful Savannah!

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about my relationship with Shelly as my buying agent in Savannah! This was a very big move for me as I had lived in Atlanta my entire life. Although I have family in Savannah and I graduated from GA Southern University (years ago!), this was still unchartered waters for me and a bit scary.
