Everything went smooth and as asked with Shellie and 4Star Real Estate. Since I was buying a lot to build on later at IRCC, there wasn't the detail of a home purchase but, everything went as promised.

Shellie has been a pleasure to work with. She has always been willing to work with our limitations and facilitate the buying process as much as she could. For example, we arrived right after Matthew had blown through. The storm shatters were still up on the house we were considering which made viewing it difficult because of the lack of light. Shellie is wonderful and so patient to work with. Her knowledge of the area was very helpful as we have just moved from another state, and she had many practical suggestions of what to look for after an initial showing. Shellie was always available to us, at least by phone and made us feel like our search was her top priority. Then after dragging poor Shellie with us to about 40 (yes 40!) houses, we actually bought the one she recommended we see.
