Shellie was amazing. She went above and beyond for us. She was very flexible with us and always available especially when we came in town last minute. She met us for each build appointment, brought supplies and knew all the questions to ask that we didn't. Shellie and Robin returned answers to questions almost before I asked. Shellie would call or text information no matter what day of the week it was. She is definitely a 24/7 realtor. My wife and I found IRCC by accident. Shortly after COVID we were on the west coast of Florida looking for a place to spend our retirement years. Unique experience given IRCC policies on selling and buying homes. Experience on market trends were right on. Communications were good, but not given feedback after showings unless prompted.
