Shellie from the first moment we met her was very knowledgeable about the current market and what was out there already and what we were facing putting our house on the market in the upcoming spring. Her suggestions and knowledge of how to go about marketing our house proved to be AMAZING!!! I had a price in mind for the house, as I did not want it to sit on the market for months and months. Shellie thought that with the condition of the house, the improvements that the house had (ie. Newer kitchen, baths, roof and expanded sun room) that it could be put on for a bit more. We went with her price suggestion and within 3 days of being on the market we had an offer!!!! The offer was very very reasonable and extremely close to asking price! Shellie worked very closely with both myself (as I was now not living in state any longer and had to handle everything via email and text) and the buyers who were also long distance. She did a fabulous job!!! Closing went seamless and right on schedule virtually!! Cannot say enough about Shellie and Robin at the IRCC REALTY TEAM!!!!!
