Shelli did an exemplary job in price suggestions, advise on flooring and landscaping. She uses a professional photographer to take numerous pictures of the whole house and property with great descriptions under them. We went “live” with the listing on a Thursday and had five showings by Saturday morning. By Sunday afternoon, three legitimate offers. We accepted an offer $5’000.00 over asking price the following week. If you’re looking for great, easy to work with and has very good communication skills; you need to call Shelli.
