I can’t express how grateful my wife and I are for Shelli’s hard work and commitment to get us into a safe and wonderful home. I remember our first night of looking at the house and Shelli stayed up with us at night on the phone until midnight working hard to get all the documents sent out and referring us to an incredible mortgage company. Shelli did an exemplary job in price suggestions, advise on flooring and landscaping. She uses a professional photographer to take numerous pictures of the whole house and property with great descriptions under them. We went “live” with the listing on a Thursday and had five showings by Saturday morning. By Sunday afternoon, three legitimate offers.
