Shelli had so much patience with us, she stayed dedicated to finding us the perfect home, and even with how busy she was, we always felt like a top priority. She even went as far as working on her vacation for us, which should tell you how hard she is willing to work for her clients. Shelli is very easy to work with with and honest. I initially reached out to her Jan 20, 2025 to assist in drafting a buyer agreement form for the land I found in Indianapolis that I wanted to purchase, but she ended up working with me to get a different land that I found in Indianapolis and later purchased in April 11, 2025. She helped with the due diligence, including having a builder walk the lot and searching online for stuff like violations and taxes owed on the land by previous owner(s). Not only that, there was a lot of back-and-forth between us and the seller, so Shelli had to resubmit the agreement form more than once and communicated with the seller and myself via email and text. Although I was active during the entire process and reviewed most of the documents, I could not have done it without her. The sweetest part of it? Shelli told me I did not have to pay her a dime because the seller did.

Shelli really knows her stuff, she has a background in law as well which is helpful. Fully explained the home buying process and was always there to help and guide and us. She helped us find the perfect home.
