Shelby is the BEST!!!! Genuinely one of the nicest, most down to earth, wonderful human beings i’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. I genuinely cannot say enough nice things about Shelby. When we were looking at homes my husband and I said all we want is for the process to be easy and our transition into homeownership has been the most seamless and stress free process. The universe was looking out for us when we got paired with Shelby for a showing of a property we were interested in. From the jump, she was personable, knowledgeable, and really listened to our goals for the home buying process. When we found our dream home, it was competitive, and Shelby guided us along the process with clear expertise. The home we purchased had 8 offers on the first day, including an all-cash offer. well i met shelby by accident and it turned out to be for a reason!!!my son had scheduled a viewing of a property because i was kind of stand offish and wasn't sure about the whole process, so he decided to get the ball rolling for me! and that he did. Shelby Key happened to be the wonderful realtor that was there to talk to my son, and show him the home. he told her it was actually me looking so he gave her, my number and she reached out to me via text and was so kind, and very personable, she asked me if i already had a lender i was talking to and i explained to her that i had nothing ! she hooked me up with the hands down best lender ever... Matt Cardwell! to make a long, amazing story short i am now a first time homeowner in just 6 short weeks!
