My credit was less than perfect and I had a lot of challenges! but no matter the storm she never left me wondering or let me feel like owning a home was impossible for someone in my kind of situation. Communication is everything! Anything and everything I needed she always kept the line up and on to make sure I was informed - every single step of the way.
