We recently worked with Shayna to find my mom a home in the Myrtle Beach/Murrells Inlet area close to family. Easy enough, right? Wrong. We were a pre-approved finance buyer in a cash offer no contingency price point. Did I mention the target area was really small, within 10 minutes to family (mom doesn’t drive) at that location and in our price point, it was also hit or miss with flood zones, which further limited our options. I don’t know how many houses and townhouses Shayna showed us but she remained super positive and always had our best interest at heart, if something was way overpriced even if it was in our target budget, she made sure to tell us and expressed concern that she didn’t believe it to be in our best interest. At times my family may not be in the easiest to deal with and finding a place that met our wants and needs was definitely a challenge which would be tempting for any agent to sell us on a property to be done with it, but not Shayna. She met and exceeded all hopes under the most difficult and draining circumstances. We just closed on my mother’s beautiful townhouse in an amazing neighborhood in Murrells Inlet, 7 minutes from my brother, and within budget. A seemingly impossible task. Shayna is a great agent and an even better person. 100% recommend and would use again!
