Shawnnan went above and beyond for our home purchase, constantly sending mls listings, knew exactly what we wanted, always available to answer questions no matter how odd they seemed to us, even in a tough market she got us in and closed on our forever home with a smile, would recommend her to anyone!

Shawnnan Smith was amazing during the whole process; from house hunting in person and during our virtual tours from out of state. We actually came across Shawnnan via Facebook not knowing what to expect in the process. We had one week in Florida before returning to Oklahoma. While in Florida she went out of her way to show us multiple areas even though we were in no position to make an offer at that time. Once home and we got our house on the market and Shawnnan became our eyes and ears in Florida. Sending us updates in a extremely fast moving market and scheduling video tours of multiple potential homes.
