She stuck by or side through all of it. Had a hiccup that was outside of everyone's hands, but she did not relent. She is extremely knowledgeable, and knows how to put everything into a digestible format. If ever you find yourself first time buying or first time selling, your fears will be washed away as she can answer all of your questions. More than that, she was willing to assist us at every step. From clean and staying for walk-thru status, to resolving issues discovered during inspection, clearing out for closing. She was willing to get her hands roughed up for the sake of her client.
