Shawnnan is amazing! I don’t even know where to begin. As a first time home buyer I was being very cautious and second guessing myself of when to buy. Im grateful we found her! It all started out with she was selling a home we were interested in. The home sold quick. We were looking for homes without a realtor for about 3 months We did have one prior but was not meeting our needs nor expectations or making us feel like they were in our corner when it came to this huge purchase for our family. Shawnnan made us feel like family. She offered to help us find a home and we said yes. That was the best decision we made. Right off the bat she started showing us homes we wanted to see! She asked location, and if we had a commute for work. She had our best interest ALWAYS! We sent her homes and she would get us in same day at times or get them scheduled asap if the sellers weren’t available. Always made us her priority. When she was with us or showing her full attention was on us. She would point things out to us at homes we’d go see which we didn’t know about. Always educating us and explaining everything to us each step of the way from pre approval to the closing date. She really went above and beyond for us. The home we ended up purchasing was everything we wanted and more. Same day we saw it we put an offer on it and she kept us updated every step of the way. I loved the communication she had with us. Never missed a beat. Another amazing trait she has is she is just HERSELF!! Genuine, honest, and precise. She doesn’t make you feel like your talking to a salesman. There was no pressure. It was a great feeling. From the day we put an offer to when it got accepted and then we closed was very smooth.
