Shawna was absolutely amazing to work with, as we were looking at places, if I wanted to make an offer, she had it done up and sent off at lightning speed. She went way over and above checking on a couple of the properties that were hard to get information on, because of the listing agent. The property that we ended up buying, we had issues with getting the HOA approval because of the Covid-19 virus, and she went up the food chain to get it pushed through. I will definitely be using her in my future home buying. And giving her information to anyone income in contact with that is looking to buy.
