Shawn is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. She has been incredible on every part of the journey. Her support is above any agent I’ve ever worked with and has made every part of buying a selling a pleasant experience. Her heart is huge and market knowledge superior. That combination makes you feel cared for and supported along the way. She is so personable and it makes you feel like you can be open and honest about all aspects of the process. Her follow up and guidance also help keep things moving and working smoothly. There are a million and one thins I can say positively about Shawn, but only have 2000 characters here to do that. Shawn did an amazing job working with my daughter to purchase her first place. She was patient and stayed within the guidelines my daughter has established. She took the time to teach her about the loan process and answered all her questions along the way. She is also so friendly and easy to talk with, even when things get stressful. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She was wonderful! We highly recommend her to all of our friends, especially those starting the buying process for the first time.

Shawn is incredible, period. She was really easy to talk to and to work with, and from the moment we met her we knew she was going to kick ass. And she did! This woman is unstoppable. She made showings happen for us that I'm convinced another agent wouldn't have been able to swing. She clearly made it her mission to help us find a home. If her suggestions slightly missed our mark, she shifted her vision and found us even more homes that fit our priority list. She never made us feel judged (even when we obviously showed our naiveté as young first time buyers). She really respected our boundaries, never overstepped on anything in conversation, and made me feel like we had the right team behind us. She also works extremely fast. I know she tells us it's her job, but it was still unbelievable how responsive she was. Most importantly, she found us our home! Even when it was outside of our filters and our own Zillow searches, she still put in her own efforts to meticulously search for a home for us separate from our own efforts. When she found a home that was slightly outside of our interests, she had the courage to say "I don't want to step on your toes, so if you don't like it let me know, but I really think you should look at this one". And we loved it. If it wasn't for Shawn, we wouldn't be sitting here in our wonderful, dreamy first home as first-time homebuyers in our late 20s. Thank you Shawn for everything! We have already recommended you to multiple friends of ours.
