Shaunda is hands down the absolute best. We requested her help initially due to her extensive knowledge of our specific neighborhood (when we initially purchased the house we were selling, she worked for the builders). Though it was honestly no surprise at all, we quickly discovered that Shaunda took care of us as if we were family. It was a challenge dealing with the purchase of one house, and then moving while selling the another.
