This is our second review, my wife Deb wrote a review as well. But, honestly, Shaun is worth 2 reviews and actually many more. We could not have asked for a better agent, resource and friend in this process. First we were in Pennsylvania, buying in Florida. Due to the ridiculous real estate market on the gulf coast in 2021, we actually made offers on 14 different properties, won two which didn't work out and then found our perfect second home in October. This was an immensely time and difficult process of many highs, lows and finally success. Shaun was steady, always there for us. He was always optimistic, willing to video properties, talk with numerous agents, work with our most important needs. He NEVER pressured us to act but rather listened carefully. Would work with Shaun again in a heart-beat and highly, highly recommend him anytime you have a real estate need.
