It was such a great pleasure to work with Shaun throughout the home hunting process. As first time homebuyers, we must have looked at a hundred homes and had a million questions but Shaun was always patient and replied back quickly. Throughout the escrow process, Shaun helped advocate for us and walked us through the entire process. We felt like our needs were heard and he was a joy to work with. We are so happy in our new home and we can’t recommend Shaun enough!

Shaun scheduled the needed inspections and repairs to the property. Shaun kept both parties up to date during the escrow period to ensure the property would close on the date that was selected.
