This was the second time we worked with Shaun Jones, and cannot put in words just how lucky we are to have found him. He is an absolute pleasure to work with, very professional, and knows the business and process in and out. Shaun even stepped in to compensate for the shortcomings of the agent on the other side of the deal, and if it hadn't been for Shaun I don't think the deal would go though because of just how incompetent the other party's agent was. If you are in Shaun's area, do yourself a favor and try to get him to be your agent. Seriously.

Shaun was very aware on what the buyer was looking for and what the seller needed. The entire process of the sale of the house was quick and easy. Shaun scheduled the needed inspections and repairs to the property. Shaun kept both parties up to date during the escrow period to ensure the property would close on the date that was selected.
