We had the absolute worst case scenario. Mom is 78yr, Brother is 46yr disabled and bedridden, I was a week away from having my 3 surgery for the year. We were evicted from our rental. We never ever thought about purchasing a place of our own. We thought it impossible. They guided us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure we had a place in our budget and in the general area we were looking to live. Sharon's 39yrs of experience really showed in her unbelievable negotiation skills, when she negotiated the price of our new home and closing costs. Sharon was faithful and tireless all through the very long, demanding period when we waited for the closing of our house during the coronavirus pandemic. She kept us informed daily of the process and made sure we understood all the parts each step of the way. No one could have done more.

Sharon is more then a fantastic realtor, she is a wonderful woman/human being. She listed my home and did not ask me to make any changes (unlike other realtors). She listed the home at a reasonable price, that would be good for seller/buyer.
