A very difficult buyer... without Sharon s incredible effort and diligence..... wouldn't have happened..!!!! She basically had to organize and follow through on all the buyers list of wants and desires, making sure he was satisfied...also had to follow up after escrow closed to get money that was owed to us for items sold to buyers and left in the house.....
Sharon sold my home in Highland CA, and found me a wonderful place to live in Dana Point CA. My home in Highland sold quickly with no 'hiccups', and she had multiple offers. It was so stress-free, as she handled everything, and she was always very positive and professional! I have sold and bought homes in the past, but my experience with Sharon was the best by far!
