My husband and I highly recommend Shanon for your real estate needs. Shanon is professional, knowledgeable, very responsive, and very thorough. Shanon gets to know her clients AND learns as much as possible about the home before you arrive for the showing. My husband was already working in CO and I was waiting for us to have a home to move into. Shanon made me feel as if I was in the home with them as she toured me around each home. She remembered things I liked about homes, and things that I was not a fan of, she was truly my eyes. Shanon is amazing at negotiation skills and makes sure to cover all her bases when presenting the offer. Shanon even takes the time to work with your loan officer (with your promise, of course!) to ensure that everything will run as smoothly as possible. After your offer is accepted, Shanon and her team are right there with you walking you through every step. Because of Shanon's diligence, our loan was ready to close almost two full weeks before our closing date. After closing, Shanon still remains available to us for any questions or concerns we may have. We can reach out to her, and she always has time to listen and help where she can. Shanon is truly a blessing to our family!! We are fully aware that Shanon had other clients besides us, but we ALWAYS felt like we were her ONLY clients.
