I first found Shannon when looking for an agent who could help me find a rural property and who understood the zoning and land use regulations. I’m now on my fourth transaction with Shannon. She’s a really good negotiator who understands human psychology. When selling my home she did a lot of work to handle items in repair addendum which took a lot of work and stress off of my shoulders. Shannon is absolutely incredible!! My husband and I were lucky enough to have her as our real estate agent in the search for our first house. She was flexible with times for showing houses, which is great considering we both work late many days. She’s also very knowledgable and will help you with any questions or concerns you might have. Best of all though, she’s extremely honest. She would never try to sell you a house she knows isn’t a good deal (she’ll also negotiate her BUTT off though, if needed). Thanks to her, we found our dream home and couldn’t be happier. Anyone in search of a new place would be lucky to have her. I hope we never have to move, but if we do, we would be honored to have her as our agent again.
