When selling my home in Vancouver, WA, I was...

When selling my home in Vancouver, WA, I was referred to Shannon by another Oregon realtor and I couldn't be happier with the results. Selling a house is stressful, and its important to have a partner who is a professional realtor so that while I was worried about making the house look perfect, she was researching comparable sales and lining up the marketing and closing professionals. In the end, I met all my goals with the home sale - from getting 6 offers the first week to getting more than my asking price. Shannon was a great partner in the process and I'm very grateful to have found her!

She’s been just amazing to work with and I highly recommend her!

I first found Shannon when looking for an agent who could help me find a rural property and who understood the zoning and land use regulations. I’m now on my fourth transaction with Shannon. She’s a really good negotiator who understands human psychology. When selling my home she did a lot of work to handle items in repair addendum which took a lot of work and stress off of my shoulders. She’s been just amazing to work with and I highly recommend her!

Shannon was an absolute pleasure to work with

Shannon was an absolute pleasure to work with. She fought hard to save me money during the closing part of the transaction and was extremely knowledgeable through the whole home buying process and guided me through every step of the way.

Shannon was extremely helpful during our house-hunting and buying process

Shannon was extremely helpful during our house-hunting and buying process. Shannon was very patient with us as we obsessively searched for a home to buy. Shannon routinely sent us listings that she felt met our needs and showed us houses at the drop of a pin. Finding real estate in the Portland Metro area can be daunting and stressful, and Shannon did an excellent job of making it a fun and exciting process. Shannon has many connections in the industry, including lenders, inspectors, contractors, etc. This proved very helpful in our experience finding a home. Shannon is very knowledgable about the Portland and its neighborhoods. I highly recommend Shannon for your real estate needs!

Shannon is absolutely incredible!! My husband and I were lucky enough to have her as our real estate

Shannon is absolutely incredible!! My husband and I were lucky enough to have her as our real estate agent in the search for our first house. She was flexible with times for showing houses, which is great considering we both work late many days. She’s also very knowledgable and will help you with any questions or concerns you might have. Best of all though, she’s extremely honest. She would never try to sell you a house she knows isn’t a good deal (she’ll also negotiate her BUTT off though, if needed). Thanks to her, we found our dream home and couldn’t be happier. Anyone in search of a new place would be lucky to have her. I hope we never have to move, but if we do, we would be honored to have her as our agent again.

Krystin says: Shannon was so amazing to work with

Krystin says: Shannon was so amazing to work with. She was able to quickly get a sense for what we were looking for in a home, and was willing to travel far and wide with us to find the right place. Beyond her total awesomeness as a human being, she is also an incredible negotiator. We were able to close for $20K under the asking price, plus credits were granted to take care of some repair issues uncovered during closing.... in a competitive market, that's no small feat. I will send everyone I know to work with Shannon. Chris says: ......and now, its my turn......Shannon found us a unicorn period. how easy is it to find a one owner home with all of the 70s motif in amazing working order. not easy in this crazy market we call portland. She got us everything and then some. we even got the orange vyinl bar stools included with the house! thats a mortgage payment right there if you bought them in the pearl district. Cant wait to have her over for fondu and bumper pool while we spin cat stevens records.

I got the dreaded no cause eviction so my landlord could renovate and jack up the rent of my unit in

I got the dreaded no cause eviction so my landlord could renovate and jack up the rent of my unit in Alberta, so I was in a hurry to buy a house in a short timeframe. It's hard being on a budget in this crazy housing market, and I wanted a place fairly close in. I was probably a pain in the butt to work with due to the time pressure and this being my first home purchase, and Shannon put up with me gracefully. She took me to see tons of homes and accommodated my schedule by taking me out on evenings and weekends (including July 4 weekend). She knew the neighborhoods and was incredibly responsive. I ended up getting a house in a great neighborhood for quite a bit less than the appraisal came in at!

I didn't realize that buying a home had quite this many steps

I didn't realize that buying a home had quite this many steps. Luckily Shannon Dooley, my real estate agent, did. She helped my wife and I, diligently and expertly, with all of our needs. Luckily she knew all the things we didn't and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
