Shannon and her team were impressive. They were response, timely, excellent communication and provided the right advice and local market knowledge to secure the deal. Shannon and her team have been fantastic. She was reccomended to us so I called her and she took off running. We were in rough shape having had a purchase fall through due to an error made by our previous realtor. We were stressed and under the gun. She met with my husband hours after she and I spoke on the phone for the first time. She took him to see a home that just came on the market that day. We made an offer immediately and because Shannon tracked down the seller( for sale by owner) we got our deal accepted within the hour we are moving in this weekend.
