Other potential agents gave me salesmanship and bluster instead of facts. Shannon did her homework on my house from day 1, even before I signed with her. She met with my spouse and I for over an hour to tour our home, answer Qs, understand our needs and concerns, and then emailed us docs and additional responses immediately afterward.
