Shannon guided me through the buying process from choosing the homes I could be interested in to eliminated the ones that would just be wasted time. He had me think about what I knew were deal breakers pros and cons, if it didn’t meet the things I wanted or didn’t want in a home then I knew not to tour that home. He had me critically think during my tours of what I would feel like with each floor plan or unique features in the home. I knew instantly which home I wanted to be in for my forever home. It had almost everything I wanted and more. Then he guided me step by step through the buying process. As a first time homeowner, I needed to trust the knowledge of my agent. He was available when I needed him even for what I thought might be a stupid questions, he responded with there aren’t any stupid questions. I wanted to quit with the tedious buying process from the lender. He kept me encouraged that it will be worth it. He was right, my kids and I love our new home.

He knows the market, researches any up to date information and gives me options. Delivers offers as he gets them and is ready to discuss. His knowledge is very important. Goes above and beyond as we live out of state He has handled 3 sales for us and 1 more to go.

What I love about Shannon was he always on top of everything. He always answers promptly. He always has an answer for my questions, but most importantly it was his accessibility. Always available. He sold my house and then we bought a house in the middle of Hurricane Ida. Can't ask for a better service.
