My most recent experience with Shannon was as a seller, and it was a very, very positive experience. She and Rob bring so much to the table. She has incredible depth of knowledge and experience about our area, as well as real estate transactions as a whole. She has the ability to work equally well (and seamlessly from the client perspective) with both professional investors and private homeowners. The Malcoms have built a deep network of contacts within the Birmingham area and will call upon them as needed to bring a transaction to a successful close. Shannon brings a high level of professionalism with tremendous relatability--a powerful combination. Snags almost always arise in closing a deal--rather than cast blame or give up, Shannon takes ownership and does anything she can to move the process forward. She also is very responsive, which is priceless during the process of a deal. On top of everything else, she is simply likeable! I can sincerely recommend Shannon and Rob to anyone looking to buy or sell.
